Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be free in the United States.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipping Destinations
We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
- Domestic Shipping: Usually 5-7 days to destination.
- International Shipping: 15-20 days to destination.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Smtyle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Smtyle is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
